This student was struggling with low pulls and pull hooks. His path needed to change through impact and the instruction for him was to turn more in the backswing to get his hands deeper at P4. The second picture is of P6 with the club path moving more rightwards. When the club is behind the hands at P6, the path will move more rightwards through impact. This helped him start the ball more to the right and then draw the ball back towards the target line.

This student struggled with hitting the ball with consistent accuracy. He would push the ball and hit hooks. We worked on getting the body to extend at P8 by getting his belt buckle to move towards the target and upwards as well as getting his arms to extend. He maintain his wrist bends through impact more which helped him control the face angle more through P7

AP INVITATIONAL

One of the most influential player to ever play the game is Arnold Palmer. This tournament started back in 1979 as the Bay Hill Classic after 13 years of being the Florida Citrus Open played at Rio Pinar. Palmer then made it his the start of 2007. Tiger Woods tied the record for most wins at the same tournament with 8, Sam Sneed did it first at Greensboro.

In 2003, he made a record 4 straight wins for a single tournament.

Tournament record is 20 under set by Payne Stewart in 1987.

Adam Scott (2014), Greg Norman (1984), and Andy Bean (1981) have the course of 62.
