The jury in the Lindsey Clancy trial worked the way it was supposed to work. !2 jurors picked by the attorneys listen to the facts and come to their own conclusions, working together. If one juror or 11 jurors disagree, that IS the system of justice. Clearly Lindsey Clancy needs a better attorney. His attempts to get the judge to make the ruling is outrageous. Hung juries happen all the time. Clearly there are a lot of issues, though, regarding why Lindsey Clancy horrifically did what she did.
