By now, most everyone has probably heard that The O Kitchen & Tap has a pending sale — and we’re hopeful everything will officially go through soon. ❤️

With that being said, if you have any O Kitchen & Tap gift cards, please make sure to use them by June 11.

Our target closing date is June 12, and we want to make sure everyone has the chance to redeem their gift cards before then.

Thank you all so much for the love, support, memories, laughs, karaoke nights, street dances, Taco Tuesdays, Halloween parties, Queen of Hearts craziness, and everything in between over the years. This little place has meant the world to us. 🍻 Thank you Orion!!!! (This is not our final goodbye post, that one is going to be a tear jerker 😥😢😭)

P.S., you are going to love the new owners! ❤️

Class of 82 but our class was close with them. Much sympathy to his family and friends.

Hard to believe, isn’t it?

The same women who are now grandmas posting pictures of their grandkids once walked around looking just like this.

Big 80s hair that defied gravity, denim jackets that went with everything, and smiles that said they were ready for whatever the night had planned.

These were girls who blasted music from a car radio with the windows down. Who spent Friday nights at the mall, laughing so hard their stomachs hurt. The kind of girls who could throw on a pair of Calvins, tease their hair with Aqua Net, spritz on Love's Baby Soft, and feel like they owned the world.

There were no filters, no selfies, no followers to impress.

Just real friends, real laughter, and memories that stuck around for decades.

Today those same girls are grandmas. They’re baking cookies, spoiling grandkids, and sharing stories that start with “Back in the 80s…”

But the truth is, that fun, fearless girl is still in there.

And if you were one of them… you know exactly what I mean.
