Mad Tatter K. Dale Pomeroy of Mad Tatter in Orem, Utah, is a lace designer, fiber artist, and certified tatting instructor.

I create lace designs and decorative knots that clients will surely love. With more than 50 years of experience, I patiently teach my students techniques at their own pace. I am one of only 16 certified instructors in the Northern Hemisphere.
