At Explore, Play and Learn Daycare, our small mixed age group creates a warm little community. Older children practice empathy, kindness and leadership, while younger children build language, confidence and independence by learning alongside them.

WILL MY CHILD GET SICK IN DAYCARE?

The honest answer: probably more often at first and that doesn’t mean you made the wrong choice. Young children are still building immune memory, and group care means shared toys, shared spaces and lots of hands on exploration.

Potty training is not about reaching a certain age or following a strict timeline. Every child develops at their own pace, and the best time to begin is when they show signs of readiness not because of pressure or comparison. 🤍

Some common readiness signs include:

🚽 Staying dry for longer periods
🚽 Showing interest in the toilet
🚽 Communicating when they need to go or when their diaper is wet
🚽 Following simple directions
🚽 Helping pull their pants up and down
🚽 Feeling uncomfortable in a wet or dirty diaper
