Because it matters & it’s true — if you don’t have a gameplan to stay in it, it’s easier to opt out and get relief.

And honestly? I loved my epidural. I loved my unmedicated birth. Different experiences, different conversations, different decisions. All empowering.

But I’ll stand behind the power of a deep WHY. You’ve got to decide because you are the only one who can do it.
