You know i am all for making the birth plan but only if it comes with an understanding of what you’re actually choosing.

Planning for Plan A but being confident you could make the decisions to still have a beautiful birth with Plan C.

You don’t prep for your birth in order to control the outcome one. You prep so you can find confident, peace of mind, and empowerment in your experience.

Been getting lots of questions about cervical exams lately and came across this old video!

Cervical exams can be helpful with the right mindset. But going into one thinking it is going to give you a timeline for when labor will start is really damaging & discouraging.

It’s just a measurement & piece of information. Let yourself leave it at that 🫶🏽
