This is very important when using auto-suggestion to change your limiting beliefs. Repeating the same affirmation with a soft, quiet, mundane voice offers no impression to your subconscious. This why many people quit and do not think this process works.

You MUST find the feeling, emotion (vibration) of what you want to be different. THEN you can repeat it over and over, and the subconscious will accept it and it will become on auto pilot for you.

I have failed and failed and failed, and gotten frustrated and frustrated and frustrated. Once I started changing my belief system, my outcome started to change. Work on yourself and yourself will work for you.

All my failures can be traced back to one common problem. I never had a definite purpose. I was never aligned or fulfilled with anything else I ever tried in my life. Find your purpose and things change very fast.

You must want to be different before you can begin to change yourself. The change you want will evolve from a mindless thought, wishful thinking, to day dreaming, then it will start to become a desire, and that's when you have created the mental capacity to make a deep, lasting change.

For the past 10 years I bought into to every trick of the trade thinking this was the magic elixir. I moved forward with an ignorant faith in the next “tool” for my belt. This rewarded me with two failed business, a failed marriage, a faith crisis, and for now stuck in job that makes me sick to my stomach (no joke! called in sick twice this week).

My biggest mistake was thinking I could “out affirm” my limiting beliefs. I felt like I didn’t need to address my issues head on. HUGE problem! All those tricks & tools gave me a false sense of belief in myself. For a short time, they led me to believe that I could fly to the moon. It was when I had those feelings is when I made my biggest risks, that cost me the most.

The truth was I was never ready to take on these aspirations. That’s because I had (and still do have) too many limiting beliefs that prevent me from reaching my dreams. By not addressing these beliefs, it created patterns of financial stress, relationship issues, and health problems. Or layman’s terms; FAILURES.

I have found a way to fix myself that serves me. Brick by brick, and only one at a time. I’ll give the format I use

1. Take inventory of your life! Results do NOT lie. What do you say to yourself? How do you feel about yourself? Do these SERVE you? If not, you have found a limiting belief.

2. Address it! WHY do you say those things to yourself? What caused you to feel this way? Where did it stem from? HOW does is make you feel?

3. Replace it!
