Months of hard work, extra practices, and dedication have all led to this week. No matter the outcome, we're incredibly proud of each athlete for earning the opportunity to compete on the national stage!

We’re starting off the week with some exciting news... Congratulations to our AMYS Competition Team that traveled to Tucson, Arizona this weekend to compete at the USA Taekwondo West American Open!

Our athletes represented AMYS with incredible determination and sportsmanship, bringing home an amazing 7 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, and 2 Bronze Medals. 🥇🥈🥉

We are so proud of every competitor who stepped onto the mat and showcased the hard work they’ve been putting in throughout the year!

Dad & Me Ninja Challenge on Saturday, June 20th! 🥷

Join us for a fun-filled Father’s Day event where dads (or father figures) and kids team up for obstacle courses, kicking stations, relay races, and exciting martial arts challenges together! This fun workout is designed for all skill levels and is all about teamwork and making unforgettable memories on the mats!
