Join PTK for a fun and relaxing activity. We will have a sound bath experience as well as zen coloring. Come join us! Here are a few words from our officer Raquel on her experience with the sound baths. “Since 2020, I’ve been sharing the healing power of crystal bowls-weaving sound into yoga and private sounds baths. The vibrations and frequencies move through the body, calming the nervous system, easing tension, and restoring balance. A moment to breathe, soften, and simply be”.🤍
