This is one of my favorite things about what I do as a music/piano instructor…that my student come away with actual usable knowledge. Piano is my jam! But we aren’t only learning notes. As a teacher I obviously LOVE the curriculum and nerd out on the amazing music theory concepts that we teach to 4 year olds. BUT one of my favorite things is seeing parents and caregivers experience parent day. There are so many smiles and bonding experiences. and people leave uplifted and happy! My next 8 Week Adult Piano Course Starts on March 5th!
This beginner adult piano class is designed to introduce adults with little or no previous musical experience to the fundamentals of playing the piano. The class aims to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment, catering specifically to the needs and interests of adult learners.
One of the goals of this class is to boost confidence and enable adults to tap into their musical side. Music is a language! While learning language is easier in childhood, adults still have the ability to learn and adapt to this language!

One of my favorite things about my job Is working one on one with students. I have loved working with this student and her sister! She is doing some amazing things with this Waltz! I love how she keeps the left hand chords steady tempo (perfect for a waltz!) and how the melody sings out just right. Her technique is coming along amazingly!
