Please join us this Thursday & Friday (April 23rd & 24th) for a sneak peek of the trucks competing at the 2026 Food Truck Face-Off! We will be featuring 2 trucks each week for this two-part event, giving the students two days to practice setting up for and serving their entire menu!
Trucks will be open from 11 am- 12pm at Clay High School, behind the tennis courts. All food will be specially priced at $4 each and packaged to-go. Cash or card is accepted. As a reminder, portions are meant to be sample-sized, five bites or less, to allow for sampling multiple menu items from different trucks!
Next week (April 29th & 30th) will showcase the last two teams- Brat Dawgs and Cheezer!

TOMORROW!
Our first Senior Spotlight lunch is tomorrow,
Wednesday, December 10th! Our students are learning catering service this year, and all lunches will be served buffet style. This French-inspired menu is $20 per person, and features three courses. Reservations are available on our website for between 11 AM - 12:30 PM, and the cafe closes at 1 PM to allow for students to clean up and eat lunch. This ONE DAY lunch should fill up fast, so get your reservations in soon!
