🙋 Ready to make a real difference for Oregon City students? We have a seat with your name on it.

The OCSD Board of Directors has an opening — and we need a dedicated community member to fill it. Board members guide policy and governance for our schools, serving our community's students. This appointed position runs through June 30, 2027, with two meetings per month.

Eligibility requirements: district resident for at least one year, registered voter within OCSD boundaries, and not a current district employee or officer.

Applications due by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

We're hiring a Communications Supervisor to lead all of our district's communications: social media, family outreach, bond program communications, media relations, website design and management, campaign creation, and more.

We're looking for someone who is:

✦ Near Portland ·
✦ Knowledgeable of K–12 public education
✦ Bilingual Spanish/English a plus (but not required)

This morning, we broke ground on the renovation work made possible by our 2025 bond. From better acoustics to improved cafeteria space, these upgrades will make a real difference for JME students and staff for many years ahead. Thank you to our community for making this possible.
