During the last week of school, the Structural Design students put their skills to the test by creating and setting up interactive games for the entire school to enjoy.

We got off on a great start to our Staff Professional Development days at the Carver Event Center! Today was a blend of reflection, connection, learning, and celebration as our whole team came together to wrap up the year and look ahead.

Here are a few highlights from our fantastic day:

Honoring Our Roots: We heard from staff committees about all of the work they’ve accomplished this year. We dove into a meaningful discussion about homeschooling and how it truly is the foundation of Alliance. 📚

Escape Room Excitement: Mrs. Johnson planned a community-building escape room that brought out everyone's competitive—and creative—sides. There were lots of laughs, a bit of unexpected singing, and great teamwork! 🧠💡🔓

🥪 The Sunshine Committee provided a delicious lunch.

We acknowledged our dedicated staff members who reached their 5-year milestone with us this year. Thank you for your dedication: Mrs. Filippello, Mr. Lute, and Mrs. Birdsley! 🙌

Bittersweet Goodbyes: We said goodbye to two beloved staff members. We wish Mrs. Hespen all the best in her next chapter, and a very happy, well-deserved retirement to Mrs. Downing after all her dedicated years at Alliance. You will both be dearly missed! 💙

👏 A big thank you to Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Snyder for planning a day that balanced professional growth, collaboration, and fun!

Our school year was filled with so much learning, fun, and creativity, and we still have some amazing moments to share this summer that didn't get the spotlight before!
