Michelle Lyman started serving the Carus community in 2007 with the opening of her own in-home childcare program. In October 2013, Michelle decided to move her program into a more focused educational school program, and the Montessori model aligns with her personal philosophy on education. Michelle’s heart is deeply rooted in providing a program that cherishes, nurtures, and enriches every child in her school.
