In today's Graduate Spotlight, Kyros shares how writing, reflection, and community helped them grow as a learner and discover their voice. From attending the NWAIS Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Conference to writing the first chapters of a novel for their Leadership & Legacy Project, Kyros' story is one of self-discovery and perseverance.

Our cross country runners have been building far more than endurance this season. Through teamwork, perseverance, encouragement, and personal milestones, students have been discovering just how capable they are one lap at a time.
