19 potential ambassadors came to the leadership summit tonight! A big shoutout to Abby's Legendary Pizza in Oregon City for their support of the Clackamas County Ambassador team and for allowing us to take over their dining room this evening! We couldn’t do it without this kind of amazing community support 🍀

Help! We are trapped under a mountain of state fair and leftover county fair items, come dig us out - we are under caffeinated and hungry!

We will be open in the Extension annex from 8:30am to 7:00pm today (9/9) and tomorrow (9/10) and Friday until noon!

Fall 4-H Tack Sale
🗓️ October 17, 2026 - 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
📍Clackamas County Fair & Event Center

Join us at the famous 4-H Tack and Bake Sales! Hundreds of vendors and thousands of people attend the sales each Fall and Spring.

Bring cash for admission and parking. An ATM may be available on site. Some vendors accept credit cards.

🗓️ Turn in by October 1st

Completing a Record Book is a great way to learn more about your project and capture all the amazing things you've done during the year. By keeping records, you will also have an advantage when applying for awards, special trips, scholarships, and 4-H leadership positions.

And if you have already done all the work, you might as well turn in your record book to qualify for awards and recognition!

Need help putting it together? Attend "How to Prepare a Competitive Record Book" workshop on September 19th from 10am - Noon. This workshop is open to members, leaders, and parents.

Want to help evaluate record books? Attend a Mandatory training September 17th from 7pm - 9pm OR September 19th from 1pm - 3 pm.

Ambassador Leadership Recruitment Summit

The Clackamas County 4-H Ambassador Team not only is the premier leadership group in the county, but they also have a lot of fun! The Ambassador Team is open to any 4-Her age 13-18 who has been in 4-H for at least one year. Contribute to your community, develop leadership skills, enhance your experience for college applications, and round out your record book by joining! Activities include the 4-H promotion and public relations, leading county events, fundraisers, and social activities.

At the September meeting, we begin welcoming new members. Join us on Thursday, September 10, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Abby's Pizza. Free - please RSVP to [email protected].
