It's Day 3 of Band Camp. We are halfway through.

Everyone is working very hard, and the show is starting to come together.

Unfortunately, we can't post any videos of them practicing their show. You'll just have to take our word for it: They look and sound fantastic. Their 2026 NYS Field Band show is going to be out of this world.

You can see them play for the first time on Friday, Sept. 4 during the Quakers Football Game at the High School Athletic Fields on North Freeman Road in Orchard Park. QMB will entertain the crowd with pep tunes during the game and will perform their 2026 NYS Field Band Show for the first time at halftime.

Their first competition will be Saturday, Sept. 12 in East Irondequoit. We'll have more information on that show as it gets closer.

Second day of 2026 QMB band camp in the books!

The day ended with amazing melodies and synchronized rifle moves set to a beautiful sunset.

The band is looking and sounding very nice!

🎶 QMB Band Camp is officially underway!

It may have been a rainy, cool start to the day, but our students were ready for the challenge!

Following a kickoff meeting, they jumped into stretching and warmups. Then, the brass and woodwinds headed outside to practice movement, while the battery and pit got to work inside.

And this is just the beginning! These kids are in it for the long haul. From now through early November, they’ll rehearse several times a week, cheer on the Quaker football team from the stands as the Pep Band, perform their show during halftimes, compete in New York State Field Band shows across the WNY region every Saturday and represent our community in parades and special events.

It takes dedication, teamwork and plenty of heart, and this group is ready to bring it!

Let's show them some love! Cheer them on during parades and halftime shows this season and Save The Date for their home show - Cavalacade - on Saturday, Oct. 24.

QMB REPRESENTS AT DCI ALL-AGE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS! 🎺🥁

What an incredible way to wrap up the summer!

This weekend, Quaker Marching Band members Emery Jueker and Elijah Carrig, QMB alum Cullen Merry, and staff members Ben Chaffee, Traci Morrow, and Sean Timmons represented the band and Orchard Park High School on one of Drum Corps’ biggest stages: the DCI All-Age World Championships at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis!

They spent the summer performing and working with the White Sabers DCI All-Age Drum & Bugle Corps, based in Rochester, bringing their 2026 production, “Memories,” to audiences throughout the season.

DCI All-Age brings together musicians and performers of all ages to rehearse, compete, and perform at an incredibly high level, culminating on the World Championship stage in Indianapolis.

We love seeing our current QMB members, alumni and staff continuing their passion for marching & music beyond QMB and representing our program on such a big stage!

Congratulations to Emery, Elijah, Cullen, Ben, Traci, and Sean, along with the entire White Sabers organization, on a fantastic season.
