Hello, Family!

Kindly complete the Bus Transportation Sign-Up Form only if one of the following applies:

*All 6th-grade students who will be utilizing school bus transportation to and/or from WJCMS.
*New bus riders in any grade.
*7th- and 8th-grade students who have had a change of address since they last rode the bus.

If your child is a returning 7th or 8th grade bus rider and there has been no change of address, you do not need to complete this form.

Greyhound Family, we are excited to announce Dr. Angela G. Brown as the newest addition to our administrative team as the 7th grade Assistant Principal!

Dr. Angela G. Brown is an educational leader with 18 years of experience spanning higher education and secondary education. She has demonstrated expertise in instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher development, data-driven decision-making, professional learning communities, and continuous improvement systems. Dr. Brown earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degrees from South Carolina State University and is a South Carolina Department of Education certified ADEPT Evaluator. Throughout her career, she has been committed to advancing educational excellence, strengthening organizational capacity, and creating equitable learning environments where educators and students are empowered to succeed. Her leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and the belief that intentional systems, high expectations, and collective commitment create pathways for student achievement. Dr. Brown looks forward to serving the William J. Clark Middle School family and partnering with students, families, educators, and the community to foster a culture of excellence, growth, and success..

Registration and Open House information:

Greetings Family,

As we prepare to begin another wonderful school year at THEE William J. Clark Middle School, we want to share with everyone information about registration, Open House, and school supplies.

REGISTRATION

Our school registration will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. We will also have registration on Thursday, July 23, 2026, 1:00 pm - 7:00pm. At this time, you can register if you have not done so, sign Chromebook forms, and pay any fines.

Students will NOT be placed in a class and will NOT have a schedule until the student(s) is fully registered.

** No Registration No Schedule**

OPEN HOUSE:

All William J. Clark families are asked to attend Open House. The 7th and 8th Grade Open House will be on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. If your child is enrolled in ENGLISH 1, ALGEBRA 1, ART 1, SPANISH 1, and or Fundamentals of Computing 1 and 2, you will have a mandatory parent meet starting at 5:00pm. in the cafeteria.

The 6th Grade orientation will be on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. It is imperative that 6th Grade parents arrive on time, so you not miss any important information.
