Tantrums. Biting. Grabbing toys. Struggling to share. Not wanting to sit still.

These behaviors can be challenging, but they can also be a normal part of toddler development. Young children are still learning how to communicate their feelings, manage frustration, control impulses, and navigate relationships.

At Adventures in Learning, our teachers understand that behavior is often communication. With child-development knowledge, patience, consistency, and age-appropriate guidance, we help children understand their emotions and learn what to do next.

Because toddlers don't come to preschool already knowing how to be preschoolers. They learn—with caring, knowledgeable adults beside them. ❤️a

💛 Tears at drop-off? That's not a sign that something's wrong. It's a sign of a strong, healthy bond with you. Separation anxiety is a completely normal stage, and it usually fades as little ones learn that you always come back. Our teachers are trained in child development, so we offer extra cuddles, a steady routine, and patience (never pressure) during the transition. A quick, loving goodbye helps too. You're doing great, and so are they.
