Not only did we celebrate our students graduating at commencement last night, but we also got to celebrate Jennifer Fabriguze, our Health Professions Department Chair, for earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Sul Ross State University!

This week is a busy one!

Yesterday, I got to bring together our instructional leaders from across the college for some professional development as we gear up for the new school year. Working with our faculty and our faculty leaders is by far my favorite part of my job!

Then yesterday evening, we got to celebrate our new FAME Students signing their commitment to their manufacturing internships.
A great opportunity!

And the rest of this week is full of graduation celebrations and commencement. What a week! The reason we do it 🧡💚

My heart breaks for Sherri’s family. Mrs. Foreman was an amazing instructor and leader and was passionate about helping our students become the best nurses possible.

Her losing this battle is devastating and such a hard loss for all who knew her.
