Who predicted that Constitutional Law would show up again and that it would be a Dormant Commerce Clause exam? Oh, that was me! I am SO happy for my students and blog followers who received the sample Dormant Commerce Clause essay and answers and even happier for those who took the time to study it prior to the exam! We also predicted Evidence, PR (of course), Remedies (it was contract remedies), Community Property as a possible repeater. And, like most everyone else, I continue to believe that one of these days the California bar examiners will test Criminal Law Murder. But, not since 2008 and . . . the last time the Dormant Commerce Clause was tested was in 2005, so it was more "due" than Criminal Law Murder. Already working on February 2019 predictions!
