Two weeks ago, some of our MA Counseling & Ed.S. School Psychology students attended the CASC (California Association of School Counselors) Annual Conference!
There, they had the opportunity to attend numerous workshops about student mental health, creating safe and supportive school communities, equity, social justice, and more!
Shout-out to these awesome members of our CSP family:
🐾 Dr. Randee Kirkemo delivered a presentation at CASC entitled, “Hearing Their Voices. Honoring Their Journeys. Educational Journeys of Continuation Youth.”
🐾 Tamara Nabulsi, Paige Reinstein, Nita Beulah, and Joshua Le delivered a presentation at CASC entitled, “Exploring the Intersection of Gender and Neurodiversity.”
🐾 Juan Moreno was recognized as a 2022 CASC Emeriti Scholarship Recipient!
We are SO proud of our students & faculty for their commitment to professional development! Thank you for a wonderful conference 🙌🏼
