Hello Santana Families!
We are looking for some help with the schools upcoming Halloween Spooktacular Concert & Carnival on October 29th! Even though just the Advanced Band and Advanced Orchestra students are performing, all the proceeds from this concert go to the music department and help fund things for all Guitar, Band and Orchestra classes. Here are some easy ways you can help:
1 We need donations of Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew cans or bottled water to sell.
2 We need donations of packs of individual wrapped chips like Hot Cheetos, Doritos, Lays, all flavors, etc.
3 If going to the store is a challenge, feel free to just donate a few dollars and I will do the shopping for you. I can pick up anything we still need after seeing what gets donated.
4 We need volunteers to help sell snacks and work game booths at the event.
If you are able to help in any way, please just reply to this email and let me know. Donations of sodas, waters, chips or money can be dropped off in the music room or the school office by you or your student. Please bring them by October 25th.
