We are honored that "Messengers of Memory," a 25-year retrospective of the Holocaust Art & Writing Contest, is the inaugural exhibition in the brand new Burra Family Community Room at the newly renovated Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University. We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our dear friend, Engelina Billauer.

Like many of you, educators and students who came to know Engelina by watching her testimony for the contest, she holds a very special place in our hearts. May her memory be a blessing.
