Ready to help people change their lives—one enrollment at a time? South Coast College is looking for a friendly, motivated Admissions Representative to guide prospective students into meaningful careers. If you enjoy good conversations, helping people find their path, and keeping things organized, this seat has your name on it.

You’ll help students explore careers in:
• Court Reporting
• Paralegal Studies
• Medical Assisting

What you’ll do:
• Respond to inquiries and conduct admissions interviews
• Explain programs and guide students through enrollment
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with care
• Represent the college with professionalism and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service or admissions experience (preferred, not required)
• Organized, positive, and student-focused mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus

Syreena Mercado, a graduate of the Medical Assistant Program, who won a Special Recognition Award at graduation has accepted a job at St. Jude's Emergency Room in Anaheim. Like many of our South Coast College graduates, Syreena previously attained a BS degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego. We are so proud of you and your accomplishments.
