Each Master level student has a different training goal. Some train to build strength. Some train to stay active while others train for competition.
Whatever goal you have as a master level, the most important goals should be skill improvement and training for longevity.

Congratulations to our Hybrids who competed today at the NABJJF Orange County Open. All students fought hard and reached the podium.

Congratulations to our Hybrids who competed yesterday at the 2026 IBJJF Master International tournament (Walter Pyramid, Long Beach).
Our Master students had a great showing, as George wins his second straight Master International title, while David wins his first championship and is promoted to blue belt.
