Our Wolves and Lions had a great time celebrating accomplishments today! Both earned pizza parties 🍕: Lions for being the first Den to all submit their annual forms, and Wolves for selling the most popcorn! Adding a craft to the celebration made for an even more fun afternoon.

Way to go, Scouts!!

Pack and Troop 850 joined the Santiago Creek Greenway Alliance to help clean up for an early conservation project. People who are unhoused had left many items around the creek, just some of which are shown in the final picture.

We are proud of our Scouts for taking the time to care for our city and environment!

Our $1K popcorn sellers enjoyed a fun trip to the movies as a thank you for their hard work supporting our Pack! Hoppers did not disappoint!

Flashback to November when our Webelos worked on kitchen knife skills just in time to help with Thanksgiving dinner prep! 🔪

After chopping fruit, the boys enjoyed a healthy fruit salad 🍎 🍇

We love the great life skills our scouts learn at meetings!

3.2 mile hike today for these Scouts! 💪🏼 Did you know there’s a dinosaur in Santiago Oaks?! 🦖 😱

Our Cub Scouts had an unforgettable Den meeting at Irvine Park Ranch, featuring a wilderness walk and talk that taught them about animals, plants, and trees.

One of the best things about Scouting is how we develop life and leadership skills!

Take our Webelos, for example. At their last October meeting, the boys had to work together to put up a tent. ⛺️ This offered them the opportunity to problem solve and learn to work as a team. Can you tell how proud they were of getting their tent up with minimal adult direction?

Of course, we also have lots of fun in Scouts, too! 🎃

Our Bears learned about good physical fitness and eating a balanced diet as they earned their Bear Strong adventure today! They got to try a variety of healthy fruits and snacks 🍇🫓🥩💪🏼 and had fun learning their Den mates’ names while playing games 🏃‍♂️
