🚨 SCAN YOUR ID EARLY — BE READY TO GO!

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: THIS IS A NEW SYSTEM!

Driver’s licenses/IDs scanned in previous school years have NOT been saved or transferred into the new system.

EVERYONE must have their driver’s license/ID scanned again this year before they can use the early event sign-up and QR code process.

1. Visit the DISD Admin Building or School Campus

Stop by during business hours to have your driver’s license scanned and your mobile phone number added to the new visitor system.

➡️ This must be completed ahead of time if you want to sign up early for school events!

2. Watch for Your Text Invite

Once your information is entered into the new system, you’ll receive a text message invitation to download the Navigate360 app.

3. Download the App & Sign Up

Follow the link in the text message to download the app and complete your registration.

For each school event you attend during school hours, you will need to sign up for that specific event. You’ll receive a new personal QR code for each event.

4. Bring Your QR Code to the Event

When you arrive at school:

📱 Pull up your QR code → 💻 Scan it at our check-in computer → 🪪 Your visitor badge prints!

✨🏴‍☠️ EXCITING NEWS FOR DEWEYVILLE! 🏴‍☠️✨

We are so excited to celebrate two students who are pioneering the way for future Pirates! ❤️🤍

Deweyville High School juniors Brayleigh Burke and Brooklyn Williams are our first cosmetology students, joining Buna High School students in a two-year cosmetology program! 💇‍♀️✂️💅

They are already hard at work learning safety and sanitation in the classroom and have started practicing shampooing and styling techniques on mannequins in the BHS Cosmetology Lab.

We are incredibly proud of Brayleigh and Brooklyn for stepping out, trying something new, and opening the door for future Deweyville students! ❤️🤍🏴‍☠️

Way to represent Deweyville, ladies! We can’t wait to watch you grow over the next two years!

📣 ATTENTION DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS & PARENTS!

The Lamar State College Orange OASIS Team visited our campus today to help ensure that our dual credit students are properly enrolled in the courses they registered for for the Fall 2026 semester.

Parents, please ask your student to log in and show you:

🔴 Their Blackboard account and the courses they are enrolled in
🔴 Their current tuition balance/amount due

📚 Dual credit classes begin Monday, August 24!

Please note: Students will NOT be dropped for non-payment until September 9. We are still processing dual credit scholarships as well as FAST funding for eligible students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. Because of this, the balance currently showing on a student’s account may still change as funding is applied.

🚫⚡ REMINDER, PIRATES: WE ARE AN ENERGY DRINK-FREE CAMPUS! ⚡🚫

Students, please remember that energy drinks are not permitted on campus. This includes bringing them into the building in the morning, packing them in your lunch kit, or having someone bring one to you at lunch.

A few other important lunch and drink reminders:

🏴‍☠️ We are a CLOSED CAMPUS for lunch. Students may not leave campus for lunch.

🚗 No DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other food delivery services are allowed for students.

🍔 A parent or family member may drop off food for you at lunchtime. Please make sure it arrives with enough time for you to eat it in the cafeteria during your assigned lunch period.

❤️ High School Lunch: 11:27–11:57 AM
❤️ Junior High Lunch: 12:19–12:49 PM

💧 Water Bottle Reminder: Please bring a leak-proof bottle with a lid that twists or closes securely. Cups with exposed straws, such as Stanley-style straw tumblers, should stay at home.
