Mālō àupito (thank you) to St. Mary School alum, Daniella DeLarue. Students learned about the tiny island of Tonga (6,200 miles from Orange, TX) and service in the Peace Corps. Beautiful photos and handmade articles were used to discuss the beauty of God’s creations and the importance of community and service.
In the words of one student- a volunteer is someone that steps up to do something. These are great reminders of the lessons taught at St. Mary Catholic School
