🌟 We had an incredible poster session with our CSP 616: Leadership and System Change class! School psychology and school counseling interns presented their action research and program evaluation projects. It was a bustling night filled with sharing and learning.

A special thank you to Dr. Annmary Abdou and Dr. Enrique Espinoza for organizing this informative session. A shout-out to Dr. Kelly Kennedy and CSP Admin Coordinator Hunter Esquivel for helping make this event a success! 💫

🎉 Attallah College celebrates the achievement of Dr. Stephany Cuevas, Assistant Professor, who has been awarded a grant of $49,015 from the Spencer Foundation!

This grant supports her pivotal research project titled “Precarity and Education: Examining the Experiences of Central American Unaccompanied Youth in California Public Schools” and will be conducted in collaboration with Dr. Martha C. Franco from CSU Long Beach.

The Leatherby Libraries hosted an impactful photographic exhibit and panel event titled, "ACCEPTANCE: A Step to Promote Awareness and Understanding of Autism." The opening reception featured a discussion with Bernie Dickson (Exhibit Curator), Stephen Hinkle (Attallah College Ph.D. student and Autistic Self Advocate), and Dr. Amy Jane Griffiths (Attallah College Associate Professor & Licensed Psychologist). The panel, moderated by Dr. Meghan Cosier, Attallah College Professor & Executive Director of the Thompson Policy Institute on Disability - TPI, also included presentations by Dr. Amy E. Hurley-Hanson and Dr. Cristina M. Giannantonio, Professors of Management in the Argyros College of Business and Management. They discussed their co-authored book "Autism in the Workplace: Creating Positive Outcomes for Generation A."
