This little Valentine has been swimming with us for quite some time, and look at her go! šŸ’• She is confident, capable, and becoming such a strong little swimmer. Her parents understand that consistency is key, especially under the age of 4, and their commitment to keeping her in lessons is making all the difference. We love watching these little swimmers grow in confidence and water safety!

If your two-year-old has been in swim lessons and still canā€™t self-rescue, it may be time to ask whether youā€™re at the right school.

Our lessons prioritize water safety first starting with the float and self-rescue, followed by breath control, rolling to the surface, and skills designed to help children stay safe in the event of an accidental fall into the water.

Drowning is the leading cause of death for children ages 1ā€“4. While no swim lesson can replace close supervision, giving your child the skills to respond in an emergency can provide an extra layer of protection and a little more peace of mind for parents.

Water safety isnā€™t an add-on. Itā€™s where we start. šŸ©µ

Her sweet little voice šŸ˜She didnā€™t start out quite this chatty in the water, but her mom trusted the process and now sheā€™s water safe!
We always build the foundation first, float + breath control, then progress to rolling over independently. Because before we focus on swimming, we focus on the most important skill of all: survival!! Trust the process. The confidence will follow. šŸ«¶
