🏆 A Global Stage for an Alabama Legend 🏆
We are bursting with pride to announce that Donna Williamson, honorary ALET member and architect for our organization, was honored last week in Chicago with the 2026 CoSN Seymour Papert Lifetime Achievement Award! 🌟👏

This prestigious international honor is rarely bestowed and is named after the "Father of EdTech," Seymour Papert. Just as Papert believed technology should empower students to be creators, Donna has spent her career building the very foundation of EdTech in Alabama and across the globe.

Why Donna is our MVP:
🛠️ Architect of Innovation: As a longtime ALET leader, Mrs. Williamson shaped the technology landscape for schools across our state.
🐐 The Ultimate Mentor: Beyond hardware and software, her true legacy is the generation of CTOs and leaders she has mentored with wisdom and professional generosity.
🎯 Respected Visionary: She didn't just follow the future; she helped build it for Alabama’s students.

Donna Davis Williamson you are a vital part of the ALET family, and this global recognition is a well-deserved tribute to your visionary leadership. Congratulations from the ALET Organization!

Let’s flood the comments! 👇 Share your favorite "Donna story" or drop a "Congratulations!" below to celebrate this incredible milestone! 🎉🙌
