Broker Spotlight: Meet Tracy Green! Tracy brings a strong combination of industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and a passion for boating to his role as Principal Manager and Employing Broker with Gulf Coast Yacht Group. Having been active in the boating industry since the mid-1990s, he has built a broad network of relationships and a deep understanding of both yacht manufacturing and brokerage.
Throughout his career, Tracy has worked with a variety of yacht manufacturers, helping clients navigate the new-build process and ensuring their vision translates into the right vessel. This experience has given him valuable insight into yacht construction, manufacturers, and the many considerations that go into selecting or building a yacht.
His extensive brokerage knowledge allows Tracy to guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence, professionalism, and a straightforward approach. He understands that every client and every yacht is unique, and he takes the time to understand what matters most to each buyer or seller.
Tracy resides in the Scenic City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he enjoys being close to the waterways that ultimately connect to the Gulf. He is also frequently at Gulf Coast Yacht Group’s home office in Orange Beach, Alabama, at The Wharf, staying connected to both Scenic City and Gulf Coast boating community and the clients he serves.
Whether helping a client find the perfect yacht, navigate a brokerage transaction, or bring a new-build vision to life, Tracy brings experience, perspective, and a genuine enthusiasm for the boating lifestyle to every relationship.
