My brother in law went to be with my precious sister Darlene Margarer Darlene Lazorko Cotton, this morning…….. they had been together on earth for 35 years! I have always helped them and been there for them ….. every single time they ever needed me! My sister would call me if she needed money, if she needed to cry, if she needed me to read something and explain it to her! I helped both of them get their disability approved! I got her $600 a month medicine paid for her every single month! After she passed away, my husband called Marshall almost daily! A few days ago Perry Frank Griggs told me that he thinks he has spoken to Marshall for the very last time! My husband helped Marshall by giving him a job here in SC. Every single one of Darlene’s children have worked for my husband. We loved Marshall like our very own brother……. Yet, I had to find out about his passing on Facebook! Wow! The true colors of people come out in times like these! When my sister was sick and in her last days, I received calls daily asking how we would be taking care of her funeral? How is her baby sister responsible for that? I shouldn’t have been! However, I made sure every single dime was paid. ( There were a few people that donated in the family). I know Marshall wanted to be with his honey! Rest easy Marshall! Please let Momma control the remote every now and then! We love you and will miss you very much! Give my sister a big hug for me!
