It’s official—the tradition continues! 🥧

​The annual NHS Robotics Pie Bet is officially ON! The stakes are the exact same as previous years for The Jawas (53073N), No Strings Attached (53073D), and the Bolt Bandits (53073A): if any of our teams win an award at State and/or qualify for Worlds, they get to throw a pie directly in Coach Reed's face.

​Bonus Challenge: Shoutout to our all-girls team, the Bolt Bandits (53073A). STEM and robotics can be tough, male-dominated spaces, and these ladies constantly face extra pressure to prove themselves.

They don't just match the competition—they raise the bar. So, here’s their special bonus: if the Bolt Bandits make it to State, they automatically earn the right to pie Coach Reed!

Hard at work in the lab today!

The Jawas, Bolt Bandits, and No Strings Attached are all locked in, assembling, tuning, and getting their bots ready for the upcoming season.

Huge shoutout to these students for putting in the grind, problem-solving on the fly, and bringing these designs to life. Big things coming this year!

The offseason is over.

The students are coming back.

The field is waiting.

The robots haven't been built yet.
The matches haven't been played.
The trophies haven't been won.

But the next chapter is about to begin.

We've got students who believe.

We've got teams who believe.

We've got a community that believes.

We've got a program that's been building for years.

And Thursday?

We go back to work.

Every season, somebody asks:

“Can they do it again?”

Our answer has always been the same.
