Got the new 43x from Grit Grips. I have to say I love the feel of it in my hand. The shape just feels natural and the texture is not overly aggressive. I paired it with magtec 15rd 43x mags. The ammo I am running is blackdotammunition 124gr XTP hollow points.

Took the new 308 bolt gun out to zero. I have to say this Stevens 334 is a tack driver. Also learned that she loves some blackdotammunition 150gr 308. Next test will be the 168gr Amax. #308

Today's shop project. Swapping sights out on a S&W bodyguard 2.0. Night sights are a good upgrade for a carry gun. I do recommend it and have upgraded my personal carry guns as well.

Shop time today. Putting a new gas block on a 308 and upgrading a G***k 17 with some better sights.

There is something about a bolt gun that just makes me smile. My first rifle was a bolt gun. Still have that one and have added a few more over the yrs. Now to get this one zeroed and see what she can fully do for accuracy. Need to pick up some 168 gr A-max ammo from Black Dot Ammunition. #308
