The 2026 NCPA Congressional Pharmacy Fly-In is in the books! We are honored to have had the opportunity to meet with Alabama senators and congressmen to discuss the importance of independent pharmacy and PBM reforms on the federal side! We are so thankful for Mr. Danny Cottrell making this trip possible for the students and continuing to support us! ✈️🩵🥼

It is almost time for Drug Take Back Day this semester! DTBD will occur on Saturday, April 25th from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Our Home Pharmacy! As always, a huge thank you to for allowing us to host this event with them each semester! Students, please check your emails for more information on how to participate in DTBD! We hope to see you all there to safely discard of some expired/unused medications!!! 💊🗑️💛

Finishing off the semester strong with Patrick Devereux! Patrick gave us many tips on starting, owning, and operating our own independent pharmacies! He was extremely insightful and encouraging, and we are thankful to have had him conclude our meetings this year! We hope you have a great last few weeks and finish the semester strong! 🤩✨

As we transition today to new exec members, we wanted to leave you all with some pictures of who was doing the behind-the-scenes this year! We are all so grateful to have had this opportunity to serve, and know that the upcoming exec will pick up right where we leave off this year. With that… THIS IS WHO is advocating for community pharmacists, encouraging involvement in NCPA and all other organizations, and transitioning into a new chapter this upcoming year! Drafts of the Tracks was a HUGE success this year! We had an amazing time speaking with our local legislators and hearing about how our advocacy for ourselves allows them to advocate for us in such a special way! Thank you to everyone who attended! We hope you had a great time! 🛤️💚
