What a season for the 2026 Opelika Middle School Track & Field teams!

We want to recognize the tremendous accomplishments of our athletes and coaching staff this year. With more than 80 student-athletes competing throughout the season, our Bulldogs represented Opelika with pride, hard work, and determination. Countless athletes placed in multiple events, set personal bests, and brought home loads of medals throughout the season. Several athletes had the opportunity to compete with the high school team for a chance to advance to state competition.

We are incredibly proud of the commitment these athletes showed every single day at practice and the growth they displayed throughout the year. We also want to thank the entire OMS staff and community for the support shown to our program all season long.

Opelika High School Athletic Physicals are coming up on Wednesday, May 6, for current 8th-11th grade students planning to try out for or play a sport next year at OHS.

Physicals will be offered in the Indoor Practice Facility from 3 to 4:30 p.m. for $10 per student (cash or credit card accepted). All proceeds benefit the OHS Athletic Department.
