What a wonderful week at RPCA!

We kicked off the week with Book Character Day, and our elementary students had so much fun bringing their favorite book characters to life! From creative costumes to big smiles, it was a great way to celebrate the joy of reading. Our students also enjoyed a special outdoor character parade where they had the opportunity to show off their costumes for our upper school students.

We wrapped up the week with a special Grandparents Day celebration! We were honored to welcome our students’ grandparents to campus for a delicious breakfast, a wonderful program, and a meaningful time of celebrating the important role they play in the lives of our students. We also kicked off our Book Fair, giving our students even more opportunities to discover and enjoy new books.

It was an exciting week filled with learning, creativity, family, and special memories at RPCA! We are grateful for the many opportunities our students have to learn, grow, and experience a school community that values both academic excellence and meaningful relationships.

This past week, our High School students stepped outside the classroom for a morning of hands-on learning, leadership, and team building! Through a variety of outdoor activities and team-building exercises facilitated by the Silverdale Outdoor Ed Department (SOAR), our students had the opportunity to develop valuable skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.

We are incredibly grateful to the SOAR team for investing in our students and creating meaningful experiences that encourage them to grow both personally and as a team. At RPCA, we believe some of the most impactful learning happens through experiences that challenge, encourage, and inspire our students to become confident leaders both inside and outside the classroom!

Our Upper School students gathered this morning for their clubs, and we love seeing them get involved, explore their interests, and build friendships along the way!

At RPCA, students have a variety of clubs to choose from, including Board Games, Art, Cinema, Garden, Newspaper, and Snacks. There’s something for everyone, and we’re excited to see all that our students will create, learn, and experience this year!

Today was a great day of learning, teamwork, and adventure at RPCA! Our Middle School students had the opportunity to work with the Silverdale Outdoor Ed Department (SOAR) as they facilitated a variety of team-building exercises and outdoor activities.

A special thank you to the SOAR team for spending the day with our students and helping them build teamwork, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experiences. We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow our students to learn, grow, and have fun outside the classroom!

Dear RPCA Families,

I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. As we prepare for another exciting school year at Redemption Point Christian Academy, I want to share an important leadership update.

First, I want to express heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Stacie Oakes for her faithful leadership and service to RPCA. Her dedication, wisdom, and love for students and families have made a lasting impact on our school community.

We are grateful that Mrs. Oakes will continue serving RPCA next year as both an elementary classroom teacher and Assistant Principal. Her experience and leadership will remain a tremendous blessing to our students, families, and staff.

After much prayer and consideration, we are excited to announce that Mrs. Barbara Lamb will be serving as Elementary Principal for the upcoming school year.

Mrs. Lamb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in Christian education. She is passionate about supporting teachers, encouraging students, and partnering with families to help students grow academically and spiritually.

Please join me in praying for both Mrs. Lamb and Mrs. Oakes as they serve our school community. We are confident the Lord will continue to guide and bless RPCA in this next season.

Mrs. Lamb would love the opportunity to connect with our school families. If you have any questions or would like to introduce yourself, please feel free to reach out to her at [email protected].

Thank you for your continued trust, support, and partnership in Christian education.
