Empowering youth by giving them the tools, confidence, and support they need to succeed!!!

iD.A.Y Dream is a non-profit organization, catering to middle and high school students, providing them with an interactive setting that enables them to dream out loud. Without encouragement, some children tend to bottle up their ideas, doubt their abilities and hesitate to share their goals and aspirations, but we want to help our children unleash their full potential. These are our future leaders and we want to pour into them, but it takes a village.

Just picked up some donated goodies from Whole Foods Market , and our hearts (and snack bags 😉) are FULL!

One thing we know for sure—it takes a village to move a mission forward!

Community partners play such an important role in helping us create meaningful experiences for our Dreamers. Sometimes that support looks like funding, mentorship, or career exposure, and other times it looks like providing healthy, delicious snacks that keep our young leaders fueled and ready to learn!

We believe in making learning FUN while encouraging healthy habits along the way.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Whole Foods Market for investing in our Success Dreamers Leadership Academy and helping us pour into the next generation of leaders.

READ WITH ME: SERVICE IN ACTION!

Today was about more than books—it was about connection, service, and showing our youngest learners that reading can be FUN!

Our annual Read With Me Community Service Day brought together our Dreamers, alumni, special guests, and community partners to pour into TK and Kindergarten students at Parkview Elementary.

📚 675 books delivered
💛 Dreamers, alumni & guests reading and connecting with students
🌱 Young readers encouraged to explore, imagine, and DREAM
🤝 Our community showing up together to serve

There’s something special about watching our Dreamers step into leadership by sitting beside a younger student, opening a book, and creating a moment they’ll hopefully remember long after today.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing Chick-fil-A Ontario (Chick-fil-A) team for continuing to SHOW UP and serve alongside our Dreamers. Your presence and commitment to our young people means so much.

And thank you to Park View Elementary MVSD for opening your doors to us for the FOURTH year in a row! WOW! 🥹📚 Four years of stories, smiles, connection, and community.

Our hope is that today added a little more joy to those young faces and sparked an even greater love for reading—because sometimes one book, one story, and one positive interaction can open a whole new world.

Our Dreamers don’t just learn about leadership—they LIVE it through service.
