Dear Friends of the Irish Party, Big News!!!

This year the Irish Party will see its first change in venue in over a quarter century! Due to some unforeseen changes at the Elk’s Club, this year the Irish Party will be making the Production Room at Foothills Performing Arts Center our home. This year’s party will be held on Saturday, March 4th. We are excited about the change and hope that all of our friends will join us in 2017. Now, some things will change, but the heart and soul of this party—great songs and stories, friends old and new, and the best craic in the region—will stay the same. This year we’ll feature A Piper, the O'Donnell-Kelly School of Irish Dance, Traverse, and of course the DADY BROS.! As usual, admission will be by advance sale only. Admission prices are $12 for adults and $6 for children age 5-12. Foothills will offer a cash bar. A generous All-You-Can-Eat Buffet by Sunrise Catering will be available for purchase. To ensure we plan appropriately, please reserve your buffet ticket when you purchase your admission ticket. See page 2 for the full buffet menu and pricing. No outside food can be brought into the party this year (sorry for the change—it’s beyond our control!). Some lite snacks will be made available by Foothills. The Irish are a can-do people—and so are the friends of the Irish Party! The space we have to work with at Foothills won’t allow for the long lines of tables we’re used to at the Elks. We’ll have round tables, chairs, and high-tops and or course a dance floor, setup throughout the space. While we’ll have plenty of chairs, sit down table space will be a bit more limited. We ask that people rotate table space when dinner is served to allow people to eat. We all love the music, friendship, and experience that has become the Irish Party.
