Important Reminder!

Tomorrow (6/5) is the first Friday of the month and our next FREE Women’s Self Defense class! The session will start @ 5:30pm and preregistration is not necessary.

** Members, please remember that this will take the place of our regular fundamentals class. 6:30 adult class is still ON!

Huge shout out to Paul Cherimond, who earned his second stripe tonight, and more importantly, has lost more than 45 pounds in just 5 months! 😮

Paul first began training with us before covid, and came back to the mats in January of this year. His dedication, perseverance, and transformation since that time has been incredible and inspiring to all of us. Way to go Paul! 👏🙌

While this day was created to raise awareness for veterans and the internal battles they may face after service, it has grown into something even bigger.
