What a sweet week celebrating our teachers and staff! We are so thankful for everyone who helped make Teacher Appreciation Week so special at Lester Memorial ChildCare and Lester Memorial Preschool. To Lester Memorial Methodist Church, church groups, PTO, and parents - we thank you! Every gift and thoughtful gesture helped remind our teachers just how loved and appreciated they are! Thank you for helping us celebrate the wonderful people who love and care for our children every day! 🌸🌮☕️🍎

Due to the prediction of severe weather, Oneonta City Schools will dismiss at 1:30 today, May 6, 2026.

We follow OCS. We will also be closing early.
We will close the doors at 2:30pm. Please make arrangements to have your child/children picked up no later than 2:30pm. Thank you!

Due to the 2 hour weather delay tomorrow, there will be no preschool classes. The daycare will open on a 2 hour delay (8AM). Preschool will resume on Tuesday.
