Come learn what it means to be a Title I parent and share your input on our family engagement efforts and priorities for the school year. Your voice helps shape the ways we support and connect with families across Blount County Schools! 💙

We will also have a member of our Technology Team sharing helpful tips for keeping children safe online, including social media and internet safety. 📱💻

You have two opportunities to participate:

📍 Both meetings will take place at the Blount County Schools Professional Development Center in Cleveland.

We are starting the year off problem solving and having fun. Fifth grade was trying to build the tallest tower, while sixth grade was trying to build the strongest bridge. Both were fun, engaged teamwork, and showed a lot of thinking skills. It’s going to be a great year!

Congratulations to Mr. Fowler! He has been chosen as the Blount County Secondary Rookie Teacher of the Year! This recognition is given to teachers with 3 or less years of teaching experience. We are very proud of him!
