A local researcher is interested in the lore behind Margaret Henry. We know the factual story behind her, but we would like to know what you heard about her while you were growing up, as we are helping this researcher uncover the history of how her legend started. If you reply, please let us know what you heard about her while you were growing up or even now, and the approximate timeframe you heard about her or your age. Please share. We are also wondering if "the witch" Margaret Henry was spoken of as such in Killingly, since that's actually where she lived, and not within Sterling town bounds. Thanks!

What a fantastic resource!
