‼️‼️PSA for both tumblers and wrestlers‼️‼️

It has come to my attention that impetigo has been spreading amongst schools on the eastern shore. This skin infection can be dangerous and it is very contagious.

In my 5+ years of running this club, we have not had any major skin outbreak so I am always confident if a child gets something, it is not from our mats because I disinfect multiple times before each practice.

We are currently DO NOT have any cases of this within our club, I just wanted to make a PSA to all parents to PLEASE check your kids out and if you are questioning whether or not they may have this please DO NOT send them to practice, even if it’s just a question.

Impetigo usually targets the areas around the mouth or the private areas. Again please check your kids routinely and if there is a possibility please do not send them to practice and let me know immediately!

I want to reiterate nobody in our club has this, but there are cases in the local schools being spread amongst children!

Now that summer is winding down, here is our updated information for joining our family. Tumbling has switched to one night per week for the time being, as we are still getting adjusted to having a new born in the family! Contact coach casey for any questions or concerns at 757-710-0425!

Just a reminder that last Wednesday was the last regular night of wrestling and tumbling until September.

We may have a few open mats here and there. I hope everybody has a good summer!

We will be holding practice tonight regardless of who can come. Hopefully we see a good turnout!

Due to lack of attendance again with so many kids missing due to other activities there will be no tumbling held this evening 6/22/26.

Please message me and let me know your availability and commitment for the rest of June so I can plan accordingly. It takes a lot of time for us to get things set up and ready and all we ask is for a heads up that way we aren’t wasting our time.

We will be taking July and August off for the summer and likely starting again in September depending on commitment.

We apologize for any inconvenience to those who may have planned on coming.
