These dilation pumpkins are the scariest thing I’ve seen all night. 🎃🙀 🤣
It was set up by midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Lancashire, England as part of a pumpkin decorating competition.

Headstands have been a part of my practice for a long time, however in recent years I refrained from practicing them as I knew that I needed to build back strength and stability in my body post pregnancy before I could safely practice them again.
It feels great to be building strength back, brick by brick!
Please know that practicing yoga does not require doing handstands or headstands. During pregnancy and prenatal yoga, we leave them out entirely. This is simply one that I enjoy now and then!

🧘🏻♀️Yin is a beautiful branch of yoga that can be supportive, challenging, and beneficial through longer held postures, mindfulness, and intentionality. I look forward to sharing Yin Yoga with you, friends!🧘🏽♂️
✅ This was a major goal checked off my list as I complete the last homework assignments and tie up loose ends toward earning my 500 Hour Certificate. Almost done! 👊🏼
