One delicious Crumbl cookie at about 800 calories each 🟰 about 7 miles of power walking to burn off. So… If you’re one of those people who are like, “ how come I’m not leaning out? I barely eat.” Consider the density of those few things you eat, especially processed foods. They may add up quicker than you think.

This is a good reminder that just because something is on the shelf and approved for sale, doesn’t mean that it’s good or even okay for your body. Less processed foods is a good plan.

Just another good reminder to read AND understand your labels carefully. Calories can pack on quickly with sneaky things like this… cooking spray 🍳

Notice the whole can contains almost 1,000 calories. So, if you use more than a quarter of a second spraying in that pan (note the little blurb that says on average it’s 4 seconds— which would be 16 servings of cooking oil and that would be 32 forgotten or unthought of calories) the calories start stacking up.

It’s ok to enjoy a treat from time to time. Just make sure every single occasion doesn’t become a must indulge event. In a culture centered around food, make some balanced choices to help you fulfill a balanced, healthy life. 🙏
