The Global Bhutanese Literary Organization (GBLO) is pleased to introduce Talman Magar as our Writer/Artist of the Month for September 2026.

Born in 1965 in Simana, Salami, Bhutan, Talman began writing and composing songs in his youth and has continued his artistic journey across Bhutan, Nepal, and the United States.

With a creative journey spanning decades, his work reflects music, memory, cultural identity, and the Bhutanese experience.
