I think I'm finding my voice again. Not because I forgot how to talk.
Because somewhere along the way, I forgot what I wanted to say.
For the past year or so, I've felt... quiet.
Not on the outside. Anyone who knows me knows that's nearly impossible. 😂
But on the inside. I was surviving.
*Running businesses.
*Putting out fires.
*Making decisions.
*Carrying responsibilities.
*Trying to be everything for everyone.
And when you're in that place, creativity gets crowded out. You don't stop having ideas.
You just stop having the space to hear them. Then something changed. Actually... I changed. Not overnight. Not because life suddenly became easy. But because I started making room again.
*Room to think.
*Room to create.
*Room to laugh.
*Room to ask bigger questions.
Over the past few weeks, I've noticed something happening...Words are coming back. Ideas are showing up at random times. I'm laughing more. I'm seeing beauty again.
I'm finding myself taking videos, writing stories, and connecting dots between homes, travel, family, faith, and everyday life. It feels like I've reconnected with a part of myself that had been patiently waiting for me to come back. Maybe that's what a next chapter really is. Not becoming someone new. Remembering who you've always been. I'm excited about what's ahead—not because I know exactly where it's leads, but because I'm finally enjoying the journey again.
So if you've noticed me showing up a little differently lately...You're right. I have. And it feels really good to be back.❤️
Has there been a season in your life when you felt like you found your voice again? I'd love to hear about it.
